WALSH, Brendan (Sandford Road, Ranelagh, Dublin and formerly of Cheesemount, Carrick-on-Suir, Co. Tipperary) - April 6, 2011 (peacefully) in the wonderful care of all the staff at the Blackrock Hospice: beloved husband of Eleanor "The Figure", loving father of Howard, Julieanne and Sophie and "grandant" to Charlie. Sadly missed by his loving family, daughter-in-law Nicola, son-in-law Marc, Barry, his sister Ann, brothers Jim, Pat, Niall and Barry, special family friend Breda Coady, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Removal this (Friday) evening to Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook arriving at 7.00 o'clock Funeral Mass at 10.00 o'c tomorrow (Saturday) followed by private family cremation at Mount Jerome. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu at Brendan's request, to the Blackrock Hospice would be greatly appreciated.

WALSH Brendan (66 Sandford Road, Ranelagh), died April 6, 2011 - Brendan's widow, Eleanor and children, Howard, Julieanne and Sophie and extended family, wish to thank all those who sympathised with and supported them during his illness and all those who attended the Funeral Services, sent Mass Cards, letters of sympathy and tributes to the Hospice. They express their thanks also to his doctors, nurses and caring staff at The Mater Private Hospital and The Blackrock Hospice and to their many wonderful friends and neighbours who were such a comfort and support throughout his illness. As it would be impossible to reply individually to all the tributes to Brendan, please accept this Acknowledgement as an expression of our heartfelt appreciation. The holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
