POLLARD (née O'Conor) Joan (Rochestown Avenue, Dun Laoghaire) - January 29, 2010, peacefully, at home in the care of her family, beloved wife of Derek and loving mother of Carole (Butler), Shane and Alison (Chorbachi). She will be sadly missed by her loving sister Carmel, brothers Frank and John, daughter-in-law Eilis, sons-in-law Ray and Auf, grandchildren, extended family and friends. Rest in peace. Removal from her home this (Monday) morning to St. Brigid's Church, Cabinteely arriving for 10 o'clock funeral Mass and afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Blackrock Hospice or Friends of St. Luke's.

POLLARD (Joan) (née O'Conor) (Died January 29, 2010) - On Joan's First Anniversary Derek, Carole, Shane and Alison express our very sincere thanks to all who sympathised and supported us during our sad loss. In particular we appreciated the care given to Joan by Prof. Hollywood, St Luke's Hospice and by the Home Care Team from Blackrock Hospice. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our gratitude.
