SMYTH, Kathleen (née King) (6, Keadue, Cathedral Road, Cavan, 60 Main Street, Cavan and late of Clybaun, Galway) - May 13, 2009, in her 93rd year, after a short illness, at Cavan General Hospital, beloved wife of the late Michael (Mick) Smyth and loving mother of Mary Connolly, Micheál, Doreen McEvilly, Katherine Elliott, Oliver, Pearse and Niall. Sadly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, adored grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Teresa, nephews, nieces, all her relatives and a wide circle of friends and kind neighbours. May she rest in peace. Reposing at the residence of her daughter Katherine Elliott, "Sacre Coeur", Drumelis, Cavan, from 3 o'clock today (Thursday) with removal tomorrow (Friday) evening at 6 o'clock to the Cathedral of Ss Patrick and Felim, Cavan arriving at 6.30 o'clock Requiem Mass on Saturday at 12.30 o'clock followed by burial in Killygarry Cemetery.
