FOGARTY (née Cusack) Denise (Mount Merrion) - September 9, 2008, peacefully, in the loving care of the staff of Cedar Unit at St Vincent's Private Hospital, beloved wife of Pat (Patsy) and darling mother to Julie, Patrick and Mark, loving daughter of Teresa and the late Denis, sister of Denis and Keith. Deeply mourned by her husband, children, mother, brothers, mother-in-law Kitty, sisters-in-law Caroline, Adrienne and Breda, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of family and friends. May she rest in peace. Reposing at home from 4 o'clock this (Wednesday) afternoon. Removal tomorrow (Thursday) to St Therese's Church, Mount Merrion, arriving at 5.30 o'clock Funeral Mass at 10 o'clock on Friday, September 12th followed by cremation at Mount Jerome. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Oncology Unit, St Vincent's Private Hospital.
