HEALY (Gwen) died June 4, 2008 - All the family would sincerely like to thank all those who sympathised with them on the death of their dearly beloved Gwen. Most especially we would like to offer our deeply felt thanks to her medical team Dr. Barry Kelliher, Dr. Claire McCarthy, Dr. Gareth Horgan, Dr. Amy Kelly, Dr. Padraig MacMathuna, Dr. John Lennon. Thanks to Dr. Ryan and Ann Kelly of the palliative care team at the Mater Hospital where our darling Gwen passed away. Deep gratitude for the amazing acts of loving kindness carried out to Gwen by her individual nurses, thanks to Gwen's G.P.'s, Dr. Iman Ekky and Dr. Khalil Ekky, Michael Pyne at Costello's Pharmacy. We thank Staffords, Funeral Undertakers and their staff. Those who sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy, floral tributes and those who attended the funeral at St. Vincent De Paul's Church, Griffith Avenue where Fr. Liam Murtagh P.P. and Fr. Peter McVerry S.J. who concelebrated Gwen's funeral Mass accompanied by the wonderful musicians Jacinta Scully and her father the organist, John Sheehan and Martin Gallagher who made the occasion a worthy celebration of Gwen's short life. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually for their loving kindness and support please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation."May you continue to inspire us,
