CUSACK (Frank) (Dublin) - July 27, 2009, at St James's Hospital, beloved husband of Pauline (née Callaghan) and loving father of Catherine (Wilson), Noelle (Bond), son Richard, brothers Eamon, Dick, Fr Willie SMA, sisters Nuala (O'Hagan), Essie (O'Hara), the late Gemma (Brosnan); deeply regretted by his loving wife, son, daughters, brothers, sisters, sons-in-law Paul and Phill, his beloved grandchildren David, Sean, Colin and Conor, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, 100 Terenure Road North. Removal tomorrow (Thursday) morning to St Paul of the Cross Church, Mount Argus for 11 o'clock Mass. Funeral afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Diabetes Foundation of Ireland.
