de BUITLEIR (Catherine) (Blackrock, Co. Dublin and Clonmel, Co. Tipperary) (Died April 11, 2007) - Donal, Eilin and Michael wish to acknowledge with sincere gratitude the many expressions of sympathy received on their recent sad loss. We are grateful to the medical, nursing and pastoral care staff of St. Vincent's University Hospital who cared for our mother during her final illness, to all those who attended her removal ceremony, to Monsignor Conway, Sr. Anna Corcoran and Fr. Terence Harrington who officiated at Booterstown Church, to all who attended her Requiem Mass and burial in Clonmel and, in particular, Fr. Ahearne and his team at St. John the Baptist Church in Powerstown, Clonmel, to all who expressed sympathy and support by their presence, by phone, e-mail, text messages, Mass Cards, flowers and letters and to our neighbours, relations, friends and many work colleagues whose expressions of sympathy and support were a great source of consolation to us at this sad time. Finally, a special word of thanks to Mrs. Bernie Lyons who provided home care with love and compassion during our mother's latter years. For this we are deeply grateful. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
