FORSYTHE-McCARTHY (nèe Smyllie) Geraldine - On the occasion of her First Anniversary, her husband Dan, daughter Heather, son Shane, her step-children, her grandchildren and great-grandchild, and extended families would like to thank all those who sympathised, supported and comforted us following the death of our beloved Geraldine. We wish to extend our gratitude to all those who attended her funeral Service, to those who sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy and those who sent subscriptions to The Irish Cancer Society. We wish to extend our appreciation to Reverend Ian Poulton for the Service in St Mathias and to Fr John McDonough P.P., Dalkey for his presence at the funeral. Grateful thanks to her Golf and Bridge pals who were so helpful to Geraldine during her illness. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
