O'FARRELL (née Byrne) (Nutley Road, Dublin) - September 6, 2005 (peacefully) in the loving care of friends and colleagues at St Vincent's Private Hospital, Herbert Avenue, Joy (Evelyn) beloved wife of the late Thomas Denis O'Farrell; sadly missed by Paul and Ambrose, Margaret and Katherine, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephew, special companion Margaret, Catherine and James, relatives, colleagues and friends. Requiescat in pace. Removal this (Wednesday) evening to Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral Mass tomorrow (Thursday) at 11 o'clock followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery.
