CUSACK Frank (July 27, 2009) - His wife Pauline, daughters Catherine and Noelle, son Richard and extended family members wish to sincerely thank all of those who sympathized with us on the great loss of Frank. It would be impossible to personally thank all of you who sympathized with us. We would like to thank the caring staff at St. James's Hospital. To the Captain, President, committee and members of Hermitage Golf Club for their help and support and for granting Frank his last wish. The never ending support and compassion of The Marketing Institute Golfing society and all its members. A very special thank you to the SMA fathers who concelebrated Franks funeral Mass and to all those who attended the funeral and cremation service. To those who sent Mass Cards, eloquent letters, prayers and sympathy, donated to the Diabetes Foundation and have remembered Frank in their prayers. We deeply appreciate your kindness and continued support.
