COSTELLO (Woodfield, Cappagh Road, Barna, Co. Galway and formerly Clonmellon, Co. Meath) - December 12, 2008 (peacefully), at the Galway Hospice, Dr. James (Jim), dearly beloved husband of the late Della and much loved father of Ann and Paul; sadly missed by his loving daughter and son, grandchildren Gill, Deirdre, Niall, Ronan and Conor, daughter-in-law Anne, relatives and many friends. Reposing at 'The Cillín' adjoining the Church of Mary Immaculate Queen, Barna on Monday evening from 5.30 o'clock, with removal at 6.30 o'clock to the Church. Funeral after 11 o'clock Mass on Tuesday to Rahoon Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations in memory of Jim and if desired to the Galway Hospice."May he rest in peace"
