MAHON (Salthill, Galway and Dunmore, Co. Galway) - October 23, 2005 (peacefully), at University College Hospital, Galway, John (Jack); deeply regretted by his wife Eileen, sons John, Pearse, Karl and Branwell, daughters Lisa and Genevieve, grandsons, granddaughters, brothers Tom, Brian and Brendan, sisters Eithne, Peggy and Louie, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, extended family and many friends. Reposing at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue today (Monday) from 3.30 o'clock with removal at 7 o'clock to the Church of Christ the King, Salthill. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) at 11 o'clock Cremation on Thursday at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Dublin. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to St Joseph's Patient Comfort Fund, c/o University College Hospital, Galway. House private."May he rest in peace".
