MAHONY, Dr. Timothy P. (died 21st June 2008) - Tim's wife Maeve, daughters Joan, Jenny, Mary and Sarah, sons-in-law, treasured grandchildren, brother Denis, sisters Mary and Joan and extended family would like to express their sincere appreciation to all those who sympathised with them at the time of Tim's death. We extend our thanks to Fr. Larry White who concelebrated the Mass in the presence of Most. Rev. Dr. John Buckley, Bishop of Cork and Ross, with Monsignor John Fitzpatrick, Monsignor Dick Maher, Very Rev. Joe Drumgoole and soloist Frank O'Brien. Our thanks to all who attended the funeral, called to the house, sent cards, letters and offered their condolences. We greatly appreciate the attendance of those who travelled long distances to be with us. Particular thanks to Tim's contemporaries from the Toyota Distributors across Europe and the Toyota Corporation of Japan and Europe, so generously represented at St. Fintan's Church. Thanks to members of the Irish Motor Industry, the Toyota Ireland Dealer network, directors, management and staff, past and present, of Toyota and Lexus Ireland, so much part of the joy in Tim's life. Sincere thanks to Tim's wonderful colleagues at Killeen Group Holdings for their unstinting loyalty and support throughout. We greatly appreciate the attendance of so many people from the Irish political, social, educational and sporting worlds. Particular thanks to officials of the GAA and Munster Rugby, members and friends of St. Vincent's GAA Club, Mount Juliet Resort and Ballylinch Stud, Fota Island, Royal Dublin and Ceann Sibeal Golf Clubs. Our thanks to the dedicated doctors and nurses who looked after Tim throughout his life. We will be forever grateful to the medical and nursing staff of St. Lawrence's Ward, Beaumont Hospital for their exceptional and compassionate care. To everyone who knew and loved Tim, we trust you will accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our thanks.Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.
