TIERNAN (Jack) (October 21, 2006) - Bernadette, sister, Geoffrey, Richard brothers-in-law and Philomena, niece would like to say a special word of thanks to all who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement, attended the funeral Mass for Jack at the Star of the Sea Church, Sandymount or who sent Mass Cards or massages of condolence, especially our numerous relatives, neighbours and friends. In particular we wish to thank our wonderful cousins, the Gilsenan and McKeon families who made the funeral arrangements for us, as well as to the Parish Priest and Fr Sharkey who concelebrated the Mass for the repose of Jack's soul. A special word of thanks is also due to the nurses and staff of St Catherine's Ward, St Vincent's Hospital and to Fr Noonan who tended Jack in his last hours. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
