McCORMACK (née Fitzpatrick) (Fairyhill, Blackrock, Co. Dublin and formerly of Waterford) - October 7, 2006 (peacefully), in her 95th year, in the loving care of the matron and her staff at the Altadore Nursing Home, Glenageary, May, beloved wife of the late Jim and mother of Jim (Jr.) and the late Niall; sadly missed by her son Jim, daughter-in-law Patricia, brother Jim, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews and a large circle of friends. Rest in peace. Removal this (Monday) evening from Carnegies Funeral Home, 19 the Crescent Monkstown, to the Church of the Guardian Angels, Newtownpark Avenue, arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral tomorrow Tuesday after 10 o'clock Mass to Deans Grange Cemetery.
