AHERNE (Mallow, Co. Cork) - June 12, 2010 (peacefully), at Cork University Hospital, Michael, Blackwater Drive, beloved husband of the late Sally and dear mother of Michelle, Clodagh, Jillian and John; sadly missed by his loving family, partner Margaret (Fitzgerald), brothers Brendan, Seamus and Redmond, sister Maura (Tuohy), sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends. May he rest in peace. Requiem Mass in the Church of the Resurrection today (Tuesday) at 12 noon, followed by Private Cremation at the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy.
