JOHNSTON, Kenneth Alan (Springmount, Templemore, Co. Tipperary, died the 10th of January, 2008) - Kenneth's parents Bobby and Marion, his brothers, Joe and Robert and extended family would like to thank all those who attended the removal and funeral. Thank you to Professor Gupta and his team in Limerick Regional Hospital and Professor Byrne and his team in St. James Hospital Dublin and Dr. Paul O' Carroll. Thanks to all Kenneth's friends who visited him during his illness, the hang gliders and staff from the Radiography Dept, Mater Hospital, Newcastle, Australia.
