NOONE (Jim) (July 17, 2004) (Greystones and Arklow) - On this the first anniversary of the late Jim Noone, beloved husband of Eileen and treasured Dad of Simon and Eve, we wish to thank with deep gratitude all the people who came to our assistance at the scene of the accident on the N11 near Arklow. Gardai, ambulance attendance, doctors, nurses and many others who stopped to help us; your kindness will never be forgotten; we wish to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Loughlinstown and St Vincents hospital, in particular the intensive care unit. Our gratitude also to the Kinvara House Nursing Home, Bray for their wonderful care and kindness. To all those who have sympathised with us on our tragic loss; all who sent Mass cards, certificates of enrolments, floral tributes, Nan for the beautiful flowers in the church and the Greystones Flower Club, our sincere thanks. We would like to thank in particular our families, relatives and great friends, who continue to be our constant support. A special thank you to all Eve's true friends who never left her alone in hospital, Simon's friends and Celine for their great support and care. We wish also to extend our gratitude to all our relatives and friends who travelled from abroad and long distances to be with us; to Jim's colleagues and friends in the Irish Aviation Authority, especially Fergus O'Connor for all his continuous great help; the priests of Holy Rosary Church, especially Fr David for his care and sensitivity. Our thanks also to Fr Gallagher, Parish Priest of Arklow. Such outpouring of love and care has carried us through these difficult times. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation. Holy Mass will be offered for all your intentions. Anniversary Mass to be celebrated on Sunday, July 17, 2005 at 12.15 a.m. in Holy Rosary Church, Greystones.
