PRENDERGAST (Cork and Tipperary) - October 23, 2005 (unexpectedly), at the South Infirmary, Michael C., Blackrock Road and formerly of Barnstead Drive, Blackrock. Dearly loved partner of Fionnuala and much loved father of Terezina, Richard, Michèle, Elaine and Yvonne; sadly missed by his loving partner and family, grandchildren, his many friends and colleagues in the medical and pharmaceutical professions. Reception Prayers at 6 o'clock at St Joseph's S.M.A. Church, Blackrock Road, this (Monday) evening followed by Rosary. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) at 11 o'clock Funeral afterwards to St Michael's Cemetery, Blackrock. No flowers please. Donations in lieu to Marymount Hospice, Cork."May he rest in peace".
