MOORE (née Cuddihy) (Butterfield, Rathfarnham) - April 7, 2005, in the wonderful care of the staff of the Maguire Ward, Tallaght Hospital, Ita, retired N.T., beloved wife of the late Michael; very deeply regretted by her loving sons Colm and Dr Brendan, daughters Ita and Patricia (Costello), daughter-in-law and son-in-law, grandchildren, brother and sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives and friends. May her gentle soul rest in peace. Removal tomorrow (Saturday) evening from Tallaght Hospital to the Church of The Holy Spirit, Ballyroan, arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral on Monday after 11 o'clock Mass to Mount Venus Cemetery, Rathfarnham."Ar dheis Dé go raibh a h-anam dílis."
