SPOLLEN (Philomena) (Died January 19, 2006) (Dublin) - Mary, Claire and Jim wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad loss; those who attended the removal and funeral and those who sent Mass Cards, letters and flowers. A special word of thanks to Phil's neighbours and to Dr Colin Kelly, her GP. We would also like to thank the staff of the Mater Hospital and in particular the members of the Stroke Unit and the staff of the Sacred Heart Ward, who cared for her during her final short illness. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deepest appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for the intentions of all.
