WATKINS (Philip) (Leixlip, Co. Kildare) (died December 22, 2006) - Philip's mother and all the family wish to acknowledge with gratitude all those who sympathised with us following Philip's untimely death. We are grateful to those who visited Philip in hospital and attended the Service of Thanksgiving for his life. Your Mass cards, cards, letters and expressions of sympathy mean a great deal to us. We wish to thank especially Dr Clare Faul and her team in St Luke's Hospital and the caring staff of Our Lady's Hospice, Rev. William Gourley and Rev. Canon Neill McEndoo who visited Philip and cared for him while in hospital, our rector Rev. Scott Peoples and Father Hurley for the wonderful Service for Philip on Christmas Eve. Special thanks to Kay for her continuing support and care of Charlotte. Many thanks to all who contributed to St Mary's Restoration Fund and Friends of St Luke's, especially Philip's colleagues in the O.P.W. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.
