FITZGIBBON, Peadar (late of Laurel Lodge, Dublin Road, Thurles, Co Tipperary) - His wife Bridget and family wish to express our deepest and sincerest gratitude to everyone who sympathised with us at our time of greatest sadness, all those who travelled long distances for removal and funeral mass and to all who sent mass cards, letters and everlasting gifts. A special thank you to all who telephoned, sent cards and visited Peadar in Beaumont and St Luke's hospitals during his short illness. Also to doctors and health care professionals who assisted him with kindness and respect in hospital up until his death at home with his family on 7th June 2008. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please take this acknowledgement as a token of our gratitude. Mass will be offered for your intentions. Peadar's Months Mind Mass is taking place on Sunday 6th July in the Pallottine College, Thurles at 1 p.m.
