McEVOY Martin A. (Sutton, Dublin) - On this the eve of Darling Martin's first anniversary, Martin's wife Yvonne, daughters Sally-Anne and Georgina, son Alan and his much loved seven grandchildren wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our families, our wonderful friends, neighbours, work colleagues and all Martin's friends in sport. To those of you who travelled long distances to be with us, thank you. Our deep appreciation to Suttonians Rugby Football Club for their Guard of Honour. Martin was so proud to be their President in 2005/2006. Sincere thanks to St Claire's Ward in Beaumont Hospital and also to St Luke's Hospital. To all in St Mary's Ward in the Bons Secours Hospital thank you so very much. We feel you gave your all to Martin and to us his family and words cannot express how much it meant to us. Sincere thanks also to everyone who sent Mass Cards and letters, and for all the donations to St Francis Hospice. To Fr. John, Fr. Kevin, Fr. Ray and our dear friend Fr. Enda, thank you for guiding us through our great loss. We feel that Martin's funeral Service was a fitting tribute thanks to everyone involved, with particular mention to Fr. Enda and to Dave Fanagan and his team. It would be impossible to thank every one in person for the ongoing love and support we have received, therefore, with that in mind, we have made a donation to St Vincent de Paul in Finglas, a charity near to Martin's heart, as a token of our eternal appreciation.Mr. Sunshine, We Love You.
