LEWIS (Jack) (Kilternan) - January 15, 2006, (peacefully) at home, in the loving care of his close family, David, Breda and pet cat Jackie, beloved husband and longtime carer of the late Sadie (Lewis); he will be deeply missed by his son David and Breda, sister-in-law Gertie and Fergus, nieces Jean, Joan, Lily, Ruth and Betty, nephew Charles and also extended family members and friends. At his own request his body was donated to medical science. A service celebrating Jack's life will be held at 7.30 o'clock on (Wednesday) January 25 in Kilternan Parish Church, (Church of Ireland). No flowers please."A gentle Soul has left us"
