LOCKE, John (Late of Cabinteely, died August 31, 2008) - On the first anniversary of John's death, his wife Yvonne, daughter Michelle, sons Gary and Keith and granddaughter Kaci and son-in-law Tom would like to express our most sincere thanks to all our relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues who sympathised and supported us in our sudden sad loss. A special thanks to all who visited the house, attended the funeral Services and travelled long distances to be with us. Thank you for all the cards, letters and donations to the Heart Foundation. We would like to say a special thanks to the Rev. Ian Poulton for all his support and assistance. Our special thanks to all the dedicated doctors and nurses who looked after John during his illness, the teams at St Michael's and Beaumont Hospitals, our GP Dr Fergus Mason and the therapists at the National Rehabilitation Hospital. As we cannot thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.
