CARROLL (Captain Thomas) (Tom) (retired Irish Army and ex. C.D.L.) (Blackrock and formerly of Clondalkin) - September 18, 2007 (peacefully), at St Vincent's University Hospital, Elm Park, after a short illness, beloved husband of Bette and loving father of Maeve, Bill and David, will be sadly missed by his loving family, son-in-law Michael, daughter-in-law Liz, grand- children CiarĂ¡n, Andrew and Laura, relatives, neighbours and friends. Rest in peace. Removal tomorrow (Thursday) evening from the hospital to the Church of the Guardian Angels, Newtownpark Avenue arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral on Friday after 11 o'clock Mass to Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to St Vincent de Paul Society.

CARROLL (Tom) (Blackrock, Dublin) (First Anniversary, September 18, 2007) - Tom's wife Bette, daughter Maeve, sons Bill and David, thank most sincerely all those who sympathised and shared with us in our sad loss. We very much appreciate the comfort and support received during Tom's short illness, particularly from extended family, many friends and wonderful neighbours. Our thanks to all who attended his funeral Mass, sent Mass and sympathy cards, called to the house or telephoned. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is offered for all of your intentions.
