MURPHY (née McInerney) (Athlone and Scariff, Co. Clare) - November 18, 2005 (peacefully), in the tender loving care of the staff at Retreat Nursing Home, Bonavalley, Athlone, Eilish, Auburn Drive, wife of the late Michael J. (Georgie), retired Major General, beloved mother of Michael, Colette, Emer (Shelley) and Sean; sadly missed by her loving family, brother Dan, sister Marie (Barry), daughter-in-law Ann, in-laws, grandchildren Morgan and Rachel, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. R.I.P. Removal from Retreat Nursing Home this (Monday) evening at 7 o'clock to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Coosan, Athlone arriving at 7.30 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Tuesday) after 11.30 o'clock Requiem Mass to Coosan Cemetery. Donations if desired to Westmeath Hospice."Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis".
