FORMAN (Louis) (55 The Links, Donabate and formerly of Howth) (Died May 12, 2005) - Louis's mother Flo and family would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad loss; to those who attended the removal and funeral, who sent Mass Cards, letters of sympathy and floral tributes. We would also like to thank all the staff at the Day Oncology Ward of Beaumont Hospital and also the staff of St Clare's Ward. Sincere thanks to friends and colleagues who attended from Teradyne and from Howth. Special thanks also to our neighbours and friends who were and continue to be so supportive, and to Fr Paddy O'Byrne. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
