R.I.P. Removal from the Hospice Mortuary at 4.30 o'clock on Monday to St Mary's Church, Maynooth arriving at 6 o'clock Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 10 o'clock followed by burial in Laraghbryan Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Our Lady's Hospice Palliative Care Unit, Harolds Cross, Dublin 6."Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam"
