Dublin) - August 28, 2009 (peacefully), at home, Jack Patrick, dearly loved son of Mark and Sinead; deeply regretted by his parents, brother Finn, sisters Sarah and Katie Rose, grandparents Paddy and Rosemarie, Jack and Grainne, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Removal on Monday to Church of St. Anne, Portmarnock, arriving for 11.30 o'clock Mass. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to St. Francis Hospice, Raheny, Crumlin Children's Hospital and The Irish Cancer Society.
