MARTIN Gerald (Gerry) (Cabinteely and Foxrock), First Anniversary, died October 5, 2007 - His wife Joan, daughter Jane and family would like to thank most sincerely friends and neighbours, to those who attended the removal and funeral Mass, those who telephoned, sent Mass cards, letters and floral tributes. Grateful thanks to the staff of A&E Department, Radiology Department, the Urology team, St. Vincent's University Hospital, also St. Vincent's Private Hospital. A special thanks to Dr. David O'Kelly for his care and devotion to Gerry over his long illness. Thanks to Fr. Conor Ward and Fr. O'Keeffe of St. Brigid's Church and to the ambulance service and Carnegies Undertakers. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
