CUSACK

CUSACK (Jack) - The wife and family of the late Jack Cusack wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad and sudden loss. Those who sent Mass cards, everlasting Mass gifts; to family members who travelled to be with us, those who attended the removal and funeral, his kind neighbours and his many friends from the Parish of St Nicholas of Myra. Fr Curly, the Priest who assisted at the Mass, and Rita, also the doctors and staff of I.C.U., St James's. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually for their kind support, we hope this will be accepted by all. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for their intentions.
