McVEIGH (Derek) (late of Glasson Village, Co. Westmeath and Letterkenny, died November 5, 2008) - On the first anniversary of his death, his wife Frances, sons Joe, Conor, Paul and Stephen, daughter-in-law Dee and sister Stephanie and her partner Patrick, and extended family, would like to thank most sincerely all those who offered sympathy and support, in our great loss, especially those who were present at Derek's wake, removal and funeral, his many friends and legal colleagues. We also wish to pay tribute to the Mater Hospital and staff and his local g.p. Dr. Colette Kenny, who cared so well for Derek. We thank especially Fr. Seamus Mulvaney p.p. and members of clergy who attended Derek during his illness. Please know that the support and friendship has been greatly appreciated by the family over the last year.
