FARRELLY (Perrystown, Dublin 12 and formerly of Phillips, Clonskeagh) - June 30, 2008, in the tender care of all the staff of St James's Hospital, following a short illness; Tom, beloved husband of Teresa and loving father of Joyce (Mylod) and Orla (Wood); sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, sons-in-law Fachtna and Peter, grandchildren Ciarán, Eimear, Deirbhile, Harry and Eleanor, sisters, brother, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, aunt, relatives and friends. Funeral tomorrow (Thursday) morning after 11 o'clock Mass in the Augustinian Church, John's Lane, Thomas Street, to Mount Jerome Crematorium. House private please. No flowers please. Donations, in lieu, to the Irish Cancer Society, 43/45 Northumberland Road, Dublin 4."May he rest in peace".
