PHELAN Patrick T. (Tom) - (Clonskeagh) December 1, 2008. As we mark the First Anniversary of his death, Tom's family wish to thank all those who have supported us during a difficult year especially all our friends and colleagues who have helped us in so many ways. Thank you to Fr. Pat Carroll for his thoughtfulness in preparing and celebrating the funeral Mass. We acknowledge with gratitude the staff of the Cedar ward at St Vincent's Private Hospital with special thanks to Prof John Crown, along with the home care team from Blackrock Hospice and Hilary Eustace. Thanks to our GP Dr Donal McCafferty for his care & friendship to dad during his illness. We would like thank all his friends in the Fitzamblers Walking Club for the lovely memorial they have erected in Aughrim and also to the management & staff of the Fitzwilliam LTC. Thanks to Fanagan's Funeral Directors, Dundrum for their professional help. Sincere thanks to the many who sent cards, supported us with their prayers and travelled long distances to attend the funeral. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions. He is greatly missed.
