CARROLL (Joseph) (Sligo) - February 17, 2008 (peacefully), at Sligo General Hospital, after many years of the most wonderful care and attention at the Cloonamahon Centre, Collooney, Co. Sligo, eldest son of the late James and Ann Carroll, St Patrick's Terrace, Sligo; deeply regretted by his brothers Msgr Aidan (Los Angeles), Donal (Dublin), sister-in-law Breda, nephew Fergus, niece Clodagh, his relatives in Longford, Sligo and Carrick-on- Shannon and his friends and neighbours from his childhood days in Sligo. May he rest in peace. Removal from the Foley Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo tomorrow (Friday) evening at 6.30 o'clock to the Church of the Assumption, Collooney arriving at 7 o'clock Funeral Mass at 12 Noon on Saturday. Interment at Sligo Cemetery afterwards. House private.
