MULLIGAN (Ted) - October 3, 2006, beloved brother of Mary, Joan, John, after a long illness at his home, Woodstock, Virginia, U.S.A., where he practiced as a G.P. for 35 years; mourned by his wife Dee and sons Chris, John, Patrick, Ted, his relatives and friends, and patients in Ireland and the U.S. Memorial in Woodstock, Virginia, U.S.A. on October 10, 2006. Memorial Mass in Dublin at a later date.A life well lived in service to his
family, friends, patients.
