CUSACK (Denis A.) (Mt. Merrion, Co. Dublin) (Died January 7th 2006) - On the first anniversary of Denis's death, his wife Teresa, his children Denis, Denise and Keith together with their spouses Caroline, Patsy and Adrienne and his grandchildren Julie, Craig, Garyth, Simon, Emily, Patrick and Mark, thank all who sympathised and supported us at the time of our great and unexpected loss. We still find it hard to believe that he is gone and we remember him with a smile and with love, today and always in God. We are grateful to the very large number of family, friends and colleagues who attended the removal and funeral and who sent Mass cards, letters and floral wreaths from Ireland and abroad; to Teresa's sisters for their loving kind-heartedness; to those who made donations to Dr. John Crown's medical research fund; to Dr. Donal McCafferty and the doctors, nurses and healthcare staff of the A&E and ICU Departments at St. Vincent's Hospital, Elm Park; to Fathers Tom Dooley, Ray Murray, Frank Hennigan, Michael Buckley, John Flavin and David Tyndall for their friendship and pastoral care; to Philip Rigney for the sacred musical tribute; to Mary Early for her continuing companionship and kindness; and to Fanagans Funeral Directors for their sympathetic professionalism. So many people gave us that much needed support and comfort at the time of Denis's death and since, that it has not been possible to thank each one individually. We ask that you accept this acknowledgement in deepest gratitude for all that you have done for us and for Denis's memory. The Holy Mass will be offered for you, your families and loved ones and for your intentions."Denis: forever with us
in our hearts and thoughts".
