O'SULLIVAN, Mary Teresa, née McKernan (1919-2009). Our beloved mother May died peacefully on Friday, December 4 in Dublin. She has joined her parents Bernard and Judith McKernan (née O'Reilly) and her husband Michael O'Sullivan (from Blennerville, Co. Kerry) in Heaven. May devoted her life to her family. She adored her daughters Maria in Ireland, Julia (Lolie) and Katherine in Canada and treasured every second she spent with her five grandchildren, Sadhbh Brown in Dublin, Ellierose and Taedy O'Rourke and Galen and Reilly Howe in Canada. A very proud Dubliner, she was always part of the world her daughters travelled. She loved her many visits to Canada especially Newfoundland. An Irish beauty, and a very glamorous woman, May was full of fun, an avid reader, a devotee of the performing arts especially the theatre and a fan of everything Elvis. Her family and friends miss her terribly already and will love her always and forever. May she rest in peace. Removal today Tuesday evening from Cairn Hill Nursing Home to Church of St. John the Baptist, Blackrock arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral tomorrow Wednesday morning after 10 o'c Mass to Glasnevin Cemetery.
