O'CONNELL, Dr Brian A., late of Iona Drive, Dublin 9, former consultant at St George's Hospital, London, founder and long-time director of the Northgate Clinic, London, died peacefully, in London on Thursday September 18, 2009, after a long illness. May he rest in peace. He will be sorely missed by his sisters Nuala and Ethna, his nieces and nephews, his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, his extended family and many friends. Funeral took place on Monday September 28 in West London Crematorium. Donations if desired to Cancer Research.
