O'SULLIVAN (Park Lane, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin) - May 10, 2009, suddenly, at St. Vincent's University Hospital, Dublin, Cormac Christiaan; sadly missed by his adoring parents, mother Barbara and her partner Michael, father Hans and his wife Judith, his beloved brother Fionán, grandparents Sean and Eileen O'Shea, Dick and Toni O'Sullivan and their families, relatives and his friends from CBC Monkstown and workmates in Activision. Rest in peace. Reposing at his home today (Tuesday) at 4 pm. Removal from his home tomorrow (Wednesday) morning at 10.45 a.m. to St. Michael's Church, Dun Laoghaire arriving for 11.30 a.m. funeral Mass followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross at 1.30 p.m. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to collection box at church.
