CONAGHAN, Winifred and Vincent. The Conaghan family wish to thank everyone who sympathised with us on the loss of our father Vincent (July 15, 2008) and mother Winnie (August 25, 2009). A special thanks to Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross, St. Ita's Ward, Peamount Hospital, and the staff of the Webb Ward, Tallaght Hospital for their support and kindness. Thank you to all who attended the funeral services, who called, sent Mass cards, letters and kind words of sympathy. Thank you to all who donated to Our Lady's Hospice in Winnie and Vincent's memory. Heartfelt thanks to Fr. PJ Cassidy (White Fathers), Fr.
