McCOOEY (Brendan) (Dundalk) (June 23, 2006) - Brendan's wife Marie, daughter Orla, sons Lorcan, Ciaran and Conor, sister May, brothers Jim, Sean and Enda, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews wish to thank most sincerely all who sympathised and offered their support during our sad loss. We thank the large numbers who attended the funeral Mass, who called to the house and those who travelled long distances to be with us. Our thanks to Fr. Keenan, Fr. Brennan and Fr. Kearney who attended and concelebrated Mass. To the organist, soloist and violinist for their beautiful music during the Mass. A special word of thanks to Brendan's friends in Dundalk Golf Club and to the past Captains of the Club who formed a Guard of Honour. We thank also Dr. Paul O'Reilly (Dlk.), Dr. Lynch and nurses of Louth Co. Hospital, Professor Kearney and the Oncology nurses (Lourdes Hospital Drog.) Profound thanks to the wonderful Palliative Care nurses, especially Joanne McElhinney and Anita Roddy. A word of thanks to the many friends who sent Mass Bouquets, Enrolments, letters of condolence and donations to North Louth Hospice and Home Care Foundation. We appreciate the professional service of the funeral director, Peter Dixon. As it would not be possible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as a sincere token of our gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for the intentions of all.
