WARD (née Dunne) (Sandycove and Blackrock, Co. Dublin) - April 17, 2006 (peacefully), at St Vincent's Private Hospital, in the loving care of the staff and nurses and especially Mary Connolly for her many kindnesses, Gertrude (Gertie), dearly beloved wife of the late Kevin (Burmah Castrol) and much loved mother of the late Maurice; very sadly missed by her loving children Gerard (Derry), Clare (Kavanagh), Brian (London) and Brenda (Whitty), sons-in-law Pete and Kevin, daughters-in-law Josephine (Jo), Patricia (Pat) and Mary, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Funeral today (Thursday) after 11 o'clock Mass at the Church of the Assumption, Dalkey to Shanganagh Cemetery."I am the Way, the Truth and the Life".
