BOLTON, John F. (Jack) - April 30, 2009, died peacefully at home in Norfolk, England after a long illness borne with immense courage and dignity. Beloved husband of Beth and loving father of David, Jenny, Peter, Emily, Jonny and of the late Pammy. Sadly missed by his family, his much loved sister Merigold, nephew Tom and nieces Liz and Anne.
