SHARKEY - Marie (née Nolan) - 2nd November 2026, (Glasnevin and formerly of the Maple Hotel, Lower Gardiner Street).

Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of staff at the Mater Hospital.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Paddy and her cherished grandson Rory.

Loving mother of Rod, Ken and Linda and adored grandmother of Cathal, Conor and Cara.

She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her sons, daughter, grandchildren, daughters-in-law Suzi and Paula, sister Ann, brother Gerard, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends, especially Pauline.

Reposing at Fanagans Kirwans, Fairview, on Thursday 5th of November from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Friday 6th November at 11am in St Columba’s Church, Iona Road. Burial afterwards in Glasnevin Cemetery.
