CLARKE - Bríd (née Thornhill), (Belmont House Nursing Home and KCR, Dublin. Formerly of HSE and former Chief Executive of the Mental Health Commission), September 21, 2026. Peacefully, after a long illness, in the wonderful care of the staff of Belmont House Nursing Home and Blackrock Hospice palliative care team. Beloved of both brother, Don, and sister-in-law, Maura. Loving aunt to Kate and Claire. Sadly missed by their husbands Ed and Tom, grandnephews, grandniece, and her extended family and friends. A celebration of Bríd’s life will take place on Saturday (October 3) at 10am in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome followed by cremation. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Focus Ireland.
