HENNESSY - Peter. It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Peter Hennessy, who died on the 18th of August 2026 at his home in the Philippines. Originally from Dalkey, Co Dublin, Peter carried a deep love for his home and the place he always held close to his heart. Peter leaves behind his much loved son Conrad, his loving sister Linda, as well as his uncles, nieces, extended family and many friends. Peter was predeceased by his mother Sally Hennessy and his father Conrad Hennessy. As was Peter’s wish, his ashes will be brought home to his beloved Dalkey where he will finally rest close to the place he called home. May he rest in peace now. Removal this Saturday morning (September 26th) to Church of the Assumption, Dalkey arriving for a 10am Funeral Mass to celebrate Peter’s life. Family flowers only please.
