O'BRIEN - James (Jim), late of Quinsborough Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow who died March 30, 2026. Jim’s sister Anne and his brothers Martin, Eamonn, Brendan and Kevin and all his family wish to extend their most sincere thanks for the many expressions of sympathy and support shown to them throughout Jim’s recent passing. Thank you to everyone who attended his removal, Jim’s Funeral Mass in The Church of the Most Holy Redeemer and burial in St. Peter’s Cemetery, especially those who travelled long distances. Thank you to those who sent Mass cards, those who wrote personalised letters, those who phoned, wrote or shared happy memories online and thank you to those who couldn’t be present but joined in the celebration of Jim’s life via webcam. A special word of thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Leopardstown Care Centre for the exceptional care given to Jim, and for their assistance to us as a family. The O’Brien family wish to express their sincere gratitude to Fr. Michael, Fr. Cosmas and the extended funeral team at Holy Redeemer Church for their compassion, care and support. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all in grateful appreciation.
